Public Safety Building
Following the public announcement of the grant funding awarded to the Village of Metamora for a new public safety building, planning is underway for the new facility. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
SERVICES (AS CONSTRUCTOR)
The Village of Metamora (Illinois) is seeking statements of Qualifications for Construction Management services (as Constructor/At-Risk) for the Village’s $8 million new Public Safety Building Project, with such services consisting of working with Project stakeholders to support cost estimating, constructability review, scheduling, value analysis, bid package development, subcontractor procurement, and construction-phase management of the Project.
Qualified Construction Management firms should submit an RFQ containing an introduction, background, experience with similar public projects, specialized knowledge, and personal/professional knowledge. You may obtain a Request for Qualification requirement guideline by contacting the Village at:
