Biling Cycle and Fees
Water readings are taken on the 15th of each month and billed on the last working day of each month.
Bills are due on the 15th of each month, and a 10% late fee is added on the 16th of each month.

How to Pay your Water/Sewer Bill
Bills can be mailed in with a check, paid by phone with debit/card, or dropped off at the office during the following hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm.
Payments can also be dropped off in the drop box located at 100 N. Davenport Street – this is available 24hrs/365days.
