A. In case any building or structure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted or maintained, or any building, structure or plot of land is used in violation of this title, the proper authorities of the village, in addition to other remedies, may institute any appropriate action or proceedings to prevent the occupancy of such building, structure or land.

Any person violating any provisions of this title shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more than two hundred dollars for each offense. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Zoning ordinance dated 6/3/03 § 15-7.0)
