The purpose of this chapter is to establish regulations and standards for the operation of industrial uses. Any use permitted in the I-1 or I-2 zone, whether such use is a permitted or accessory use, shall be subject to the standards in this chapter. (Zoning ordinance dated 6/3/03 § 13-1.0)
