Screening. Newly established I-1 uses adjacent or backing on a residential or neighborhood commercial district shall provide on that adjacent property line a dense hedge, tree row or other suitable landscape device as approved by the planning commission adequate to visually screen the industrial area from the residential or neighborhood commercial area.
