No building shall exceed thirty feet in height, unless each side yard is increased over the required minimum by five feet for every five feet or fraction thereof, of additional height over thirty feet. In no case shall the building height exceed fifty feet. (Zoning ordinance dated 6/3/03 § 9-5.0)
