A. Any use permitted in the C-2 district, except that all residential uses shall be prohibited;

B. Auto related: fender work, painting, rebuilding, reconditioning, washing or steam cleaning, auto parts retail, service stations;

C. Auto, truck, trailer and mobile home sales, rentals, storage and repair of new or used vehicles;

D. Amusement and recreation establishments, public or private, such as bowling alleys, gymnasiums, commercial swimming pools, dance halls, skating rinks, drive-in theaters, golf courses or driving ranges;

E. Contractors or construction offices and shops such as building, concrete, electrical, masonry, painting, plumbing; refrigeration and roofing (providing no assembly, construction, millwork or concrete block manufacture is done on the premises);

F. Drive-in and open-air restaurants;

G. Lumber yards;

H. Motels;

I. Frozen food stores and lockers;

J. Commercial greenhouses, garden supply store, nurseries;

K. Radio and television stations;

L. Monument sales;

M. Meeting halls, lodges, private clubs;

N. Funeral parlors;

O. Farm supply sales and service;

P. Printing and publishing establishments;

Q. Public services such as fire and police protection, libraries, post offices, transportation terminals;

R. Utility office buildings; substations, pumphouses;

S. Bus terminals and garages;

T. Cleaning and janitorial services provided the service is not performed on the premises;

U. Large item machinery or bulk sales;

V. Signs, as permitted in Section 17.52.060;

W. Accessory uses and buildings;

X. Woodshops for production of custom wood products employing no more than ten employees (either full-time or part-time employees).
