The highway commercial (C-3) district is established to provide for commercial uses of a highway or thoroughfare-oriented nature. Other uses which may benefit from drawing a proportion of their clientele from passing traffic are permitted, as well as additional uses that require large space needs that cannot be accommodated in other commercial districts.
