All structures to be constructed, altered, or moved in the C-1 district shall provide yards of the following minimum depths:

A. Front Yard - same as outlined in the R-2 district;

B. Side Yard - same as outlined in the R-2 district;

C. Rear Yard - same as outlined in the R-2 district. (Zoning ordinance dated 6/3/03 § 7-6.0)
