All structures to be constructed, altered, or moved in the R-1 district shall provide yards of the following minimum depths:

A. Front yard - twenty-five feet.

B. Side yard - five feet minimum, one side yard; twelve feet minimum, two side yards.

C. Rear yard - twenty feet or twenty percent of the lot depth whichever is greater.

D. Yards of corner lots - corner lots shall provide a front yard on each street side. (Zoning ordinance dated 6/3/03 § 5-6.0)
