Construction of Improvements. No improvements shall be constructed nor shall any preliminary work be done until such time as a final plat and the engineering drawings have been approved and there shall have been compliance with all of the requirements relating to the appropriate bonding agreement. All construction shall be in accordance with general laws and construction procedures of the village of Metamora. Barricades, signs, lights and maintenance will be required of the contractor at the construction site. (Subdivision Ordinance dated 6/3/03 § 5-2)
