The subdivider shall reimburse the village for professional fees incurred by the village in connection with the evaluation of a proposed subdivision including, without limitation, fees paid to or billed by the village engineer orvillage attorney in connection with the review of any final plat or any plans, specifications, calculations or other documents or data which the subdivider is required to submit in order to demonstrate that the proposed subdivision will be constructed in accordance with the requirements of this title.
