The following specifications apply to the submittal of the final plat.

A. The final plat shall be clearly and legibly drawn in black India ink on dimensionally stabilized material.

B. The final plat shall be drawn at a scale of not less than one inch to one hundred feet, and shall be drawn on one or more sheets whose maximum dimensions shall not exceed twenty-four by thirty-six inches. If more than two sheets are required, an index sheet of the same dimensions shall be filed showing the entire subdivision on one sheet and the component areas shown on the other sheet or sheets. Linear dimensions are to be given on the final plat to the nearest one hundredth of a foot. Each separate sheet shall be titled according to its subject matter and identified in reference to the rest of the development.
