For the purpose of protecting the public health, safety and general welfare, the village board may, from time to time, amend the provisions imposed by these subdivision regulations. Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by the planning commission in the manner prescribed by law. (Subdivision Ordinance dated 6/3/03 § 1-8)
