Warning barricades and lights shall be maintained whenever necessary for the protection of pedestrians or vehicles, and temporary roofs or canopies over sidewalks shall be constructed whenever there is danger from falling articles or materials to pedestrians or vehicles. (Ord. 1977-10 § 6-5, 1977)
