The appellant shall file his notice to appeal with the director of inspections at least twenty days in advance of the general meeting at which the appeal is to be considered by the board of trustees. An appeal may be taken within thirty days from the date of the decision in question. The director of inspections shall forthwith transmit to the village board of trustees all the papers pertinent to the appeal. (Ord. 1977-14 § 16-2, 1977)
