Follow-up reinspection shall be made by the director of inspections within three working days after expiration of the time for correction of the violations alleged. If any violations are determined by the director of inspections to still exist, he shall prepare a complaint against the violator in the Circuit Court of the county charging the violator with violation of the applicable section or sections of this chapter. Thereupon, the complaint shall be given to the legal counsel of the village for review as to its legal sufficiency and for filing, prosecution and enforcement. (Ord. 1977-14 § 15-5, 1977)
