Any person may file a written complaint that fully states the cause and basis thereof when that person believes that a violation of this chapter has occurred. Such a written complaint shall be filed with the director of inspections of the village building inspections department. The director of inspections shall record properly such complaint, immediately investigate the complaint, and take action thereon as provided by this chapter. (Ord. 1977-14 § 15-2, 1977)
