Whenever the director of the building inspections department or his agent has declared a structure as unfit for human habitation, he shall give notice to the owner of the property of the declaration and placarding of the structure as unfit for human habitation. Such notice shall:

A. Be in writing;

B. Include a description of the real estate sufficient for identification;

C. Include a statement of the reason or reasons why it is being issued;

D. State the time to correct the conditions; and/or

E. State the time occupants must vacate the structure. (Ord. 1977-14 § 13-7, 1977)
