Any structure declared as unfit for human occupancy shall be posted with a placard by the director of inspections of the village building department. The placard shall include the following:

A. Name of the village;

B. Name of the village building inspections department;

C. The name, title, chapter and section of the municipal code under which the placard is issued;

D. An order that the structure when vacant must remain vacant until the provisions of the order are complied with and the order to vacate is withdrawn;

E. The date that the placard is posted; and

F. A statement of the penalty for defacing or removing the placard. (Ord. 1977-14 § 13-6, 1977)
