Every exterior door, door hinge, and door latch shall be maintained in good condition. Each exterior door of the dwelling unit shall be of approved construction and material and equipped with an effective locking device. At least one exterior door must be able to be locked and unlocked from the outside of the dwelling unit. (Ord. 1977-14 § 6-6, 1977)
