A. All moving operations shall be performed in a workmanlike manner and with the least amount of noise possible. In addition to other safety requirements specified in this article, it shall be the duty of all persons working at or responsible for such moving operations to see that all persons and vehicles are warned and kept away from such building or structure, and at such distance as to prevent injury.

B. It shall be the duty of any permittee hereunder to give notice to the fire department, police department, superintendent of streets, water and sewer department and any public utilities involved, at least two hours in advance of the commencement of any moving operations.
