A. Application for a permit to move any building or structure shall be made in writing by the owner, or the owner’s agent thereof upon such forms as may be provided, to the village inspector, with copies to the village clerk, superintendent of streets, water and sewer departments, any utility company serving the premises, and the owners or agents of adjoining or neighboring premises.

B. The application shall state the current location and description of the building or structure, the date when moving is to commence, the proposed route and the number of days that such building or structure shall occupy any portion of any street, alley, sidewalk or other public place. Also, the owner’s name and address and the name and address of the party undertaking the moving. (Ord. 1977-13 § 2-2, 1977)
