Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars, nor more than five hundred dollars, and each day that a violation continues shall be construed as a separate offense and punished accordingly. The penalty herein provided shall be in addition to any removal or destruction order that may be entered, or injunction issued. (Ord. 1977-13 § 1-17, 1977)
