The issuance or granting of any permit or approval of any plans and specifications referred to in this chapter shall not be deemed or construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any statute, any provisions of this code or other ordinance of the village. No permit presuming to give authority to violate or cancel any provisions of this code shall be valid. (Ord. 1977-10 § 5-7, 1977)
