15.08.060 Occupancy or use prior to final inspection unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or use any new building or structure until a final inspection is made and approval given by the director; provided, however, that in order to avoid hardship cases, an owner may use or occupy a portion or portions of a building or structure prior to completion of the entire building or structure where such portion or portions are in compliance with all provisions of this code, and have been inspected and final approval given by the director.
