The method for computing charges and rates for both water and sewer service shall be made available to any user within five days of receipt of a written request for such information. Any disagreement between any user and the village regarding the method used in the calculation of either water and sewer charges or in the computation of the amounts due shall be subject to appeal by the user in accordance with the procedures established at Section 13.20.050 of this code. Any user wishing to resort to this procedure must submit a written appeal which describes in detail the basis of the dispute. (Ord. 2002-2 § 2, 2002)
