Any person who continues any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 12.16.070 shall be fined in an amount not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for each violation. Each day in which a violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1978-12 § 7, 1978)
