Any person found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be served by the village administrator with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time for the correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, make the necessary corrections and permanently cease all violations stated. (Ord. 1978-12 § 6, 1978)
