Any vehicle which is parked within twenty feet of the driveway entrance to any fire department station, police station or other location where emergency equipment is kept or housed or any vehicle parked in such a way as to reduce traffic on an arterial street to one-way traffic only may be towed at the direction of any member of the Metamora police department. The owner of the towed vehicle shall be responsible for all towing and storing charges. (Ord. 1991-15 § 2, 1991)
