A. No vehicle shall be left unattended while the motor of the vehicle is running; and no vehicle shall be left without a driver on any hill or incline unless the vehicle is secured against moving.

B. Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle unattended upon any bridge or causeway or in any tunnel where the vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic, the officer is authorized to provide for the removal of the vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety.
