It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully and maliciously:

A. Damage, deform or destroy any real or personal property of another without the consent of the owner thereof; or

B. Deface any real or personal property of another without the consent of the owner thereof by the use of paint, oil or any other substance. (Ord. 2003-17 § 1, 2003)
