Chapter 9.04 OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC DECENCY
9.04.060 General reputation as evidence.
In any case arising under any of the sections of this
chapter, the fact that any house is a house of ill-fame, house of assignation,
or that any place is used for the practice of fornication or adultery, shall be
sufficiently proven by evidence that such is the general reputation of the same.
