Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the following fines:

A. Twenty-five dollars for the first offense.

B. Fifty dollars for the second offense within a twelve-month period.

C. One hundred dollars for a third and subsequent offense within a twelve-month period.

Any twelve-month period shall be measured from the date of conviction of any offense. (Ord. 2001-6 § 1 (part), 2001)
