Any person who shall cause, permit or allow a nuisance prohibited by this chapter to continue or exist after the expiration of the time established in any notice to abate shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty of not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars for each such offense. Each day that such nuisance continues or exists after the expiration of the time established in the aforesaid notice shall be deemed to be a separate offense. Further, each such inoperable motor vehicle shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1991-16 § 1 (part), 1991)
