A. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of Article II of this chapter shall be fined as follows:

1. For the violation which shall result in the first notice given during growing season under Section 8.04.070 of Article II, there shall be no fine;

2. For the violation which shall result in the second notice given during any growing season under Section 8.04.070, the fine shall be fifty dollars;

3. For the violation which shall result in the third notice given during any growing season under Section 8.04.070, the fine shall be one hundred dollars;

4. For the violation which shall result in the fourth notice given during any growing season under Section 8.04.070, the fine shall be two hundred dollars.

B. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable under this section as such. The penalty specified in this section shall be in addition to liability for any expenses incurred in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1989-14 § 2, 1989)
