It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to permit any such nuisance to remain or exist on any property under his or her control within the village. It is further unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to obstruct or pollute any water course or source of water supply in the village. (Ord. 1974-1 Art. I § 2, 1974)
