Any person who violates, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists or opposes the enforcement of, any provision of this title shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for the first offense, and not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than two hundred fifty dollars for each subsequent offense; and a person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day during which a violation continues. Any person desiring to plead guilty to an offense may do so by signing an appropriate form and by paying the minimum authorized fine directly to the village treasurer. (Ord. 1978-7 § 3-10, 1978)
