It is unlawful for any person to keep or harbor any animal which disturbs the peace by loud noises at any time of day or night. Any animal which makes such noises may be taken up and impounded by any village police officer, and may be redeemed pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.20.040. (Ord. 1978-7 § 3-2, 1978)
