A. It is unlawful for any person to instigate, cause, procure or encourage any fight between animals, either in private or in public.

B. It is unlawful for any person to hunt or attempt to kill by any means any game animal or game bird within the village.

C. It is unlawful for any person to treat any animal within the village in any cruel manner whatsoever. (Ord. 1978-7 § 3-8, 1978)
