A. No person, firm or corporation which is required to obtain a license under Article I of this chapter shall exhibit upon the licensed premises any motion picture without first having obtained a permit therefor.

B. The permit required in this section shall be obtained for every motion picture exhibited and is in addition to the license required in Article I of this chapter. (Ord. 1976-9 Part B § 1, 1976)
