5.24.040 Fraud.

Any licensed peddler or hawker guilty of fraud, cheating or misrepresentation, whether through himself or through an employee, while acting as a peddler in the village, or who barters, sells or peddles any goods, wares or merchandise other than those specified in his application for a license, shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more than two hundred dollars for each such offense, and the president may revoke his license for such offense.
