Chapter 5.20 FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE COMPANIES
5.20.020 Annual statement of receipts.
Every person acting as agent or otherwise for or on behalf of
any such corporation, company or association shall on or before the fifteenth
day of July, 1905, and the fifteenth day of July of each and every year
thereafter, render to the village clerk a full, true and just account, verified
by oath of all the premiums which, during the year ending on the first day of
July 1905, and the first day of July of each and every year succeeding, shall
have been received by him or any other person for him in behalf of such
corporation, company or association, and shall fully and specifically set out in
the report the amount or amounts received as premiums for fire insurance. (Prior
