A. Every tavern keeper, merchant or other person keeping or suffering to be kept, in any place occupied by him any pinball machine or jukebox shall, after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, pay an annual license fee of twelve dollars and fifty cents for each pinball machine and fifteen dollars per year for each jukebox, the same being payable in advance on the first day of May of each year.

B. The machines enumerated in subsection A of this section shall not be gambling devices as defined by the laws of the state. (Ord. 1-1948, 1948)
