Chapter 5.08 ALCOHOL SALES
5.08.390 Display of license.
A. Every licensee shall cause his or her license issued under
this chapter to be framed and kept in plain view in a conspicuous place on the
premises.
B. Every licensee shall display in a prominent place a
printed card in any location which he or she uses for the sale of alcoholic
liquor. The card may read as follows:
WARNING TO MINORS - You are subject to a fine up to Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00), under the ordinances of the Village of Metamora, if
you purchase alcoholic liquor for yourself, or misrepresent your age for the
purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor for yourself.
