All applications for renewal of a license shall be made in writing to the president of the village board at least fifteen days prior to May 1st and November 1st of each year. With the application for renewal, the applicant should also submit an affidavit to the effect that the affidavit and statements contained in the original application have not changed. Upon the filing of the affidavit, the license may be renewed without the filing of a full application. (Ord. 7-1974 § 28, 1974)
