The president of the village board may revoke or suspend any license or supplemental license issued under this chapter for any violation of the provisions of this chapter or for any violation of any state law pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquor provided the licensee is accorded his or her rights granted him or her to a public hearing by the laws of the state.
