The village’s acquisition process, insofar as it involves housing, includes research and planning pertaining to the property. Review of the possible sites by the village board and members of the citizens’ advisory committee plus a public hearing will be conducted prior to the land acquisition. The basic objective of this program is to acquire the best site or sites, while at the same time to keep persons directly connected with the acquisition informed and involved. (Part of Res. 1979-8)
