The village clerk shall prepare and keep current a village directory setting forth a brief statement of the purpose of the village government, a block diagram giving its functional subdivisions, the total amount of its operating budget, the location of its office, the approximate number of full and part-time employees, and the identification and membership of its boards and commissions.
