A. The terms and conditions set forth in the "intergovernmental agreement," a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified in this section and marked as "Exhibit A," and incorporated in this section by reference, is approved.

B. The president and the village clerk are authorized and directed to execute the intergovernmental agreement referred to in subsection A of this section.

C. The ordinance codified in this section is ordered to be published in pamphlet form by the village clerk and the clerk is ordered to keep at least three copies of the ordinance available for public inspection in the future in accordance with the Illinois Municipal Code.

D. The ordinance codified in this section is in addition to all other ordinances on the subject and shall be construed therewith excepting as to that part in direct conflict with any other ordinance, and in the event of such conflict, the provisions of the ordinance codified in this section shall prevail.
